All our styles are Adult One Size and Free waist to help you achieve the silhouette that's perfect for you. This takes the guesswork out of finding your size or, for that matter, trying to size a friend or family member when you're shopping for others.

How to Measure Yourself

We recommend using a cloth measuring tape (like the one in the photo at the top of the page!). They can usually be found in standard sewing kits.

It is best to take measurements in your undergarments. Measuring over other clothing will give you an inaccurate measurement.

• Bust - For the most accurate measurement, wear the bra that you plan on wearing with your kaftan (or no bra if you don't plan on wearing one at all!). Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure that your arms are down by your sides and that the measuring tape is straight across your back (it's easiest to do this in front of a mirror).

• Waist - Measure around your waist at the smallest point. Make sure that the measuring tape stays level across your back.

• Hips - Stand up straight with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Short Kaftans are designed to fit dress sizes 00 - 16. Long Kaftans are designed to fit dress sizes 00 - 18. Sizes are based on the following body measurements:
